Junior Leadership Development Exercise


  • Drop-off / Pick-up Location - Branch 116 Legion 266 Metcalfe Street West Strathroy, ON, N7G 1N3 Canada (map)

#11 Strathroy will conduct a junior development weekend at Scout Camp Sylvan to enhance primary leadership skills, field craft skills and navigation training from 22-24 March 2019. Cadets will meet at LHQ NLT 1800hrs, 22 Mar 19 for transport to Scout Camp Sylvan.

This exercise is ONLY for Green, Red, and Silver Star accelerated cadets.

A select few cadets will be offered to attend the exercise in support of junior development.

This is a mandatory event for all junior level cadets towards training development.
